You’re invited to join the fun at our lively, friendly market featuring an eclectic mix of farmers, producers, artists and artisans from Norfolk and the surrounding region.
Find fresh vegetables and fruit, herbs, mushrooms, cut flowers and plants; local meats, chickens, cheeses and eggs; all sorts of breads and baked goods; honey and maple syrup, jams, jellies and pickles; handmade wares of every description and an array of wonderful foods to take home or eat on the spot for breakfast, lunch or supper. Live music every Saturday and special events, including chef demos, add to the ambiance. Just follow the signs to 19 Maple Avenue, Norfolk, Connecticut, one block north of Route 44.
Our indoor season begins with a new tradition: the pre-Thanksgiving market on Saturday, November 19. Up next, our December 3 holiday market runs an extra hour, until 2 p.m., inside Battell Chapel; lunch is being catered by the Colebrook Store. Then come our eight indoor food-only markets starting January 7 and happening every other Saturday through mid April, weather permitting. The 2017 outdoor season, with artisan wares added back in again, will begin Saturday, May 13, and run through Saturday, October 7. We’d love to see you at every market!
